Let’s talk broadband…

Our broadband services cater for any business, no matter the size or budget. From a simplistic copper phone and broadband system (ADSL) to an ultrafast fibre connection (FTTC/FTTP) or the latest ‘broadband only’ lines (SOGEA) with no line rental, we can help you find the right solution.

Fibre To The Cabinet v Fibre To The Premisses

(FTTC)

(FTTP)

Fibre To The Cabinet already uses fibre cables to speed broadband connections. This is being further enhanced by replacing the copper wires from the cabinet to the premises with fibre too, hence Fibre To The Premises.

FAQ

On a pre-arranged date, there may be a short period of interruption while the engineer makes some physical changes at the cabinet. You will then find your old internet service stops working at which point you simply swap the old for the new router and your service will be back up straight away.

In the event of a technical issue your first call should be to your new provider who offers 24/7 365 support. They are best placed to help you and can often resolve issues remotely. If the issue is not technical or critical you can always contact your local adviser who will be happy to help.
