My background is in education and although I loved my 18 years at the college I had always longed to run my own business. To be in control of my own time, to decide for myself what I am going to do each morning when I get up. And of course take holidays in term time.

As an adviser you earn a monthly recurring commission for any customers you help bring onboard. The commission amount is related to the customer’s spend, so the bigger the spend, the more you earn. It’s that simple. You will earn that commission for the duration of our relationship with the customer, so when they renew their services with us you will continue to get paid. That means you will gradually build a recurring income that you can depend on.
I have worked in procurement for 25 years and I love my job. I joined UAC Team because, just working part-time, it allows me to build a recurring income so I can spend more time doing the things in life that I want to do. Eventually it will help me give up the 9-5 earlier than expected.

There are lots of different ways to gather customers, and we will help you find the best fit for you, your aspirations and your lifestyle. All sales follow the same process, and we’ll walk you through this, step by step, until it becomes second nature. We keep things simple for the customer and easy for you. Our utility wizards do all the complex stuff, so you don’t have to.
YOU are ‘the face’ of UAC Team. These are YOUR customers. Other than sending out the contracts we do not deal directly with your customer, unless you ask us nicely ☺.

I’m a mum of two boys. I was lucky enough to be able to give up work and be a stay at home mum for many years. We moved abroad for 6 years and when we came back I wanted to find something that I could work around school times. The short answer is yes but your success will depend on your attitude. If you are willing to learn, nothing too technical; if you are happy to speak to business people; if you like to help people or you are pretty motivated to earn more money then, yes, we can help you build a successful business, genuinely no experience necessary.
This is a difficult one to answer because it will depend on you and how much work you want to do. Each customer you help us to bring on board will earn you a good commission. The amount will depend on the services they take and the length and size of the contract. We have some advisers earning a good full-time wage for part-time hours, we have others who submit very little business and therefore earn significantly less. What we can offer you are some illustrations of actual commissions earned by real advisers signing up real customers.
First of all, you are not alone. Some of us are fortunate enough to have a wide network of connections, but not everyone is. For those of us who don’t have many people we know to speak to, growing this business will take a slightly different path. We are happy to advise you on ways to grow your network and meet new business owners. The route you choose will depend on your personal preferences. If however you are not comfortable speaking to people you don’t yet know well, this role will take you outside your comfort zone.
