Hi, I’m Matthew Finn and I would like to share with you my vision for my industry.
Having worked in the commercial utilities market for over a decade, I found much of my time with customers was spent putting their minds at ease. It seems businesses don’t trust utility providers! But it doesn’t have to be that way. I want to show that my industry can act with integrity, transparency and respect. And it was with this in mind that UAC Team was born.
My vision has always been to put our customers at the forefront of everything we do. To free businesses from the (often needless) complexity of managing their utilities and to be there when they need us most.
As the name suggests, we work very much as a team, and that means working closely with our customers, suppliers and network of advisers.
Our customers range from the local scout hut to the large hotel. From the butcher on the high street to the manufacturing plant. No matter the size of the business or the number of staff on the payroll, we give all our customers the same high-quality service. We take care of the small details.
